Frequently Asked Questions

Our champagne dress can hold up to 144 champagne glasses, allowing it to serve a large number of guests before needing to be refilled.

No. The client or venue provides the champagne, champagne glasses, and servers to fill the glasses. This allows you to choose your preferred beverages and glassware while ensuring drinks are prepared according to your venue’s standards.

Yes! While champagne is the most popular choice, the dress can also serve sparkling cider, prosecco, mimosas, non-alcoholic sparkling beverages, or other drinks that are appropriate for champagne flutes. Other glasses can potentially be used but we can’t guarantee how well the glasses will stay in the holders and there could potentially be some breakage.

For children’s events, the dress can also be adapted to serve individually wrapped cotton candy in paper cones instead of beverages, creating a fun and memorable alternative. Depending on the event, we may also be able to serve other lightweight treats or giveaways, such as wrapped candy, glow sticks, bubbles, flowers, or small party favors. If you have a unique idea, we’d be happy to discuss whether it can be incorporated into the performance.

We will turn up an hour beforehand to check out the performance area and the green room. We’ll setup the dress, then 20–30 minutes before the performance we will start to fill the glasses. For the best guest experience, setup should take place behind a screen or in a separate room so the grand reveal isn’t spoiled.

Because of the size of the fully loaded champagne dress, the venue should provide double-door access with no steps for entry into the event space from the setup area.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, the client or venue should provide the champagne glasses, chilled champagne or other beverages, a table for preparation, and servers to fill the glasses. We also require a private, secure changing room for the performer, drinking water during the event, and complimentary parking for the performer and crew.

No. The performer presents and carries the filled glasses while interacting with guests. Venue staff or designated servers are responsible for filling the glasses during setup and any refills.

Yes, although indoor events are generally ideal. Outdoor events are possible in suitable weather and on smooth, level surfaces. If your event is outdoors, we’ll be happy to discuss the location to ensure the best experience.

No. The performer does a one hour set without breaks.

Absolutely! Many clients pair our champagne dress with stilt walkers, jugglers, LED performers, bubble entertainment, circus acts, or other roaming performers to create an unforgettable event experience.
